More recently, she developed her skills in project management at the local subsidiary of an international paper company. Caroline’s attention to detail, technical writing skills and high level of client service assist Rodika in delivering quality project management.

Judith is a qualified and working Clinical Coder, with current experience in tertiary hospitals. She has had 25 years’ experience working in the market research industry and this experience enables Judith to be a very experienced coder and editor specializing in the healthcare industry.

Donna Cornford – Financial Administrator

With more than 30 years experience in all facets of accounting and business administration, Donna brings a wealth of knowledge and ability to our team. She has worked with all types of businesses including manufacturing, research and development laboratories, retail and service industry and chartered accountant firms.

Rodika has a team of highly experienced and extensively trained mature interviewers with whom we have had a long standing association. They have a strong grasp of medical/pharmaceutical terminology and concepts enabling them to skilfully conduct interviews with medical professionals.
