Rodika began operation in 2008 and is managed by its director, Caroline Crofts. Caroline has worked in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and research for over 15 years and has a passion for health and well-being. She has held various account and project management roles across the pharmaceutical sector and understands that service is what attracts and retains clients. Attention to detail and technical writing skills are her strength and Caroline ensures she is across all projects managed at Rodika whether they be qualitative or quantitative.
